I've been trying to keep busy painting and teaching and recently have completed alot of new work including all of those that are jumbled together in the pictures of my studio below. I also just finished one of my first paintings that featured a dog.

the home studio is shaping up OK. There is just enough space although I am quickly running out of good walls....(sigh)

you've been hearing about those Korean taco trucks that people are twittering all about and obsessing over, right? From the reports in the L.A. Forget about paying $5 for some fro yo in a Phillipe Stark knock off den when you can spend your whole evening standing outside various undisclosed parking lot locations for hours on end to get your hands on this true Angelino bargain delight!

onto other culinary news, Eat a Pita on Fairfax bit the dust yesterday. Bulldozed to the ground liked a smooshed fallafel. Hopefully something good will be erected in its place. The 'streetwear' capitol of the world needs to eat!
